It was the third time I have stayed at Aspen square and I absolutely love the way all the rooms are decorated, the proximity to all else in town, and the amenities including the great hot tubs! All beds have been super comfy. The elevators a little on the older side, but it adds to the charm. Depending on which side of the complex you stay there are also some great views of Aspen mountain!

Overall our stay at the Aspen Square was fabulous. Their new pool and waterfall features are awesome and the fact that the roms have kitchens helped with our budget because the grocery store is just accross the street. These folks go out of their way to make you fel "at home" in Aspen...even some of the other guests were very friendly.

This property is fantastic. The new hot tubs are very relaxing and everything is so close. Having a kitchen is a huge plus so we could save some money on food. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. I had a corner unit so my wireless internet had some trouble, but I just used one of the comfy couches in the lobby and everything worked great. Love the remodel!

We stayed at the Aspen Square for a week in July to attend the music festival and do a little bit of mountain sightseeing. Our room, a studio, was very comfortable and had a balcony and a beautifully-equipped kitchen, which we used every day. (Restaurants are rather pricey in Aspen.) The pool and hot tubs are well maintained, and the property is very pleasant. The towels were delightfully plush.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The concierge went out of her way to help us with our inquiries, the front desk staff booked our taxi to the airport, and the manager was frequently on site.
The location is very convenient, in town close to restaurants and the ski gondola, and around the corner from the free bus to the music tent.
On Friday afternoon, there were lovely refreshments in the lobby, and student musicians from the music school played violin and cello.
A delightful experience!

We loved this hotel. Not only is the location just perfect. Within walking distance to everything (Poppycocks, Gondola, Rio Grande Trail, Shopping & the Market is right across the street). The accomodations were terrific as well. My husband, myself, and our 19 mth. old were very comfortable in our room #105.
Some of the rooms are not updated as much as others so you definitely want to request an updated room when making the reservation. Our room had 3 plasmas, newly tiled bathrooms and an up to date kitchen. Aspen Square even hosted a little happy hour in their lobby and pool area when we were there. Very nice place with a helpful and kind staff. Definitely recommend.

Best weekend getaway we've ever had! Aspen Square is literally right in the heart of EVERYTHING Aspen is famous for. Only complaint is small/tight parking garage, but other than that- a true 10 of a stay. Every unit is different, so be sure to check out a few different rooms/studios if possible.

You can't beat the location of this property. Right in the heart of where all the action is at and across the street from the market. An easy walk to the gondola and all the restaurants and stores. Very nice condo and the front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping seemed to come late every day which was my only complaint. Also, it can be noisy which didn't bother me at all but may bother some. I'd definitely stay there again.

the Aspen Square is an excellent value where hardly any exists. The location is excellent with everything within easy walking distance. This place would be hard to beat. I will stay there again for sure.

we were very pleased with our stay at the Aspen Square....the location , right in the center of Aspen is perfect ....can't wait to go back!the staff is very friendly, and always ready to help with any of your needs... many of the units have been renovated, so you might want to ask for a unit that has been remodeled....
if you are planning on skiing at Snow Mass, which is the best area for families and beginner to intermediate skiers....and will be renting equipment, I would recommend you rent your equipment at Snowmass rather than in Aspen.... you can also store your skis etc at the mountain , which is easier than lugging them to and from Aspen ....also, don't miss the spa at the St Regis hotel ! there is nothing like a massage to ease those aches and pains after a day of skiing .....
one of our favorite experiences was a trek on snowshoes to the Pine Creek Cookhouse ... Aspen Square can arrange for transportation to the ski area .... once you arrive at the restaurant (by either cross country skiing, snow shoeing or horse drawn sleigh) you will enjoy a unique gourmet meal..... this is an experience not to be missed !!!

Great location, super condo. We were within walking distance of everything. The condo had just been updated and was gorgeous. Our view of the mountains was superb and the time there couldn't have been better.

Only steps from Aspen's main Gondola and indeed everywhere else one would want to go in Aspen our spacious studios proved great value and a wonderful stay in this top town. We had a "Classic Mountain Theme" with sumptuous leather sofas and Ralph Lauren blankets - our friends had a modern contemporary version with enough floor space for a party - both had wood burning stove, full kitchens, spacious bathrooms and lovely sheets and huge fluffy bath towels. The Staff were really friendly and helpful and the newly refurbished pool and hot tubs great at easing Ski aches. Will definitely be heading back there ASAP

2nd time at Aspen Square, same great results. My colleagues and I had a 3 day conference in Aspen, and I booked everyone at the Aspen Square because of the great experience I had the last time I was there for my Anniversary.
The Aspen Square did not disappoint! The room I stayed in was once again clean and comfy. It had a beautiful view of downtown from the Balcony. The staff once again was a delight and always there to help with any directions or concerns. Did I mention there is Daily Maid Service and no additional charge for it.
The Aspen Square just renovated the pool and jacuzzi area. It is beautiful. This is just the icing of the cake to an already great place to stay.
If you want somewhere that will take care of you and your family for business or pleasure, I truly recommend the Aspen Square.

I'm always apprehensive going to a new city and wondering if my lodging choice will be close to local attractions.
I had an AMAZING STAY at the Aspen Square, I had a studio with a full kitchen that was larger than some NYC apartments I've lived in. There was even a supermarket across the street for supplies.
The view from my balcony was the mountain gondola and the Aspens changing colors. I don't know what was closer, the ski lifts or all the restaurants downtown. Everything was in easy walking distance.
I will definitely stay at the Aspen Square on my next visit.
